WILSON J. ‑‑ It will not be necessary to hear from you, Mr. MacDonald. The Court is unanimously of the view that the appeal must be dismissed for the reasons given by the majority of the Court of Appeal. However, we do not find it necessary to consider in this case the applicability of s. 686(1)(b)(iii) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C‑46 .
